At Gain Aura, we offer a 30-day worry-free return policy to ensure your shopping experience is seamless. Our products are known for their exceptional quality and craftsmanship.
Conditions for Return:
Incorrect Size:
Gain Aura adheres to strict international sizing standards in jewelry craftsmanship. Please refer to our size chart before purchasing to ensure accurate sizing. If the product size needs to be changed, all shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Color Discrepancy:

Enamel and Turquoise Color Variations: Our enamel craftsmanship is industry-leading, with a precision rate of 99.8%. Slight color variations due to device display settings are considered normal and not eligible for free return.

Natural Turquoise Color Variations: Our natural turquoise, primarily sourced from Arizona, may vary in shades. While efforts are made to match images, slight color differences are normal and not subject to free returns.

Ring Plating Color Variations: Our jewelry comes in gold, rose gold, and silver. Slight variations in color due to device display settings are considered normal and not eligible for free return.
Material Allergy:
Though we haven’t received reports of allergies, if you are allergic to the materials used in Gain Aura products, please avoid purchasing them. If you experience an allergic reaction, stop wearing the product immediately and seek medical advice. Provide photos of your symptoms and contact customer service to return the product. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
Manufacturing Defect:
Our products undergo strict quality control before shipment, but we acknowledge that oversights can occur. If you discover any defects upon receipt, please contact us immediately, and we will address the issue promptly.
Unmet Expectations:
Gain Aura maintains high-quality standards, but we recognize that perfection may not always be achieved. If you are dissatisfied, contact our customer service to arrange a return, with return costs borne by the customer.
Shipping Issues:
Damage during transit or packaging issues must be reported within 3 days for a free replacement or reshipment. Issues reported after 3 days but within 30 days will incur additional fees.
Return Procedure:
- Contact customer service with the reason and photos for damaged/defective items.
- The customer service team will provide the return address.
- Pack items securely for return.
- Include a list in the package with the order number, email, products, and quantities.
- Self-ship the package and provide the tracking number to service@gainaura.com.
Note:
- Please send returned packages to the address provided by our customer service team. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, and we cannot provide refunds, exchanges, or warranty services for them.
- Returned items must be in the same condition as received (including original packaging) to be eligible for a refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Products marked with the ‘BIG Sale’ label are part of a special promotional offer and are considered final sale, thus ineligible for returns or exchanges. Items eligible for lucky half-price discounts in the shopping cart are also subject to this policy. Personalized and customized items are non-refundable.
- If returning an item due to personal preference, contact our after-sales team within 7 days. A $7.99 shipping fee will be charged, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Returns after 7 days will be subject to a handling fee of 60% of the total order value.
- Items cannot be returned more than 30 days after receipt.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Exchange Fees:

United States: Send the item back to the provided address and pay $4.99 (USD) for reshipment.

Canada/Australia/Europe/Other Countries: Send the item back to the provided address and pay $7.99 (USD) for reshipment.
